ضمائر الوصول هي روابط نصية تصل بشكل منطقي بين جملتين أو أجزاء من الجمل، و تشير إلى العلاقة بين مقاطع النص.
قد يحتوي النص على عدد من ضمائر الوصول التي تربط الأفكار معا و تؤدي دورا مهما في استيعاب ما يقرأ و في خلق النصوص و اعطائها شكلا مناسبا.
لذا فإن الهدف الأساسي من استعمال ضمائر الوصل هو خلق شكل للنص يجعل منه (سواء كان ملفوظا أو مكتوبا) نصا ناجحا و فعالا و مقنعا و من ثم تعمل ضمائر الوصل بوصفها أدوات ربط نصية.
