Regime de la sécurité sociale en Algérie

This study highlights that the Social Security Act aims to cover all individuals - who live within the territory - in need of protection of the State with the widest possible coverage of the risks.

The extent of its scope is measured by the number of insured individuals or insured risks, with the need to achieve a balance with the available resources of the state and the degree of its development within the limits of the economic system.

In this study, we found that the expansion of protection legally requires the existence of a legal system, new structures consistent with the evolution of the risks that appear constantly, not to mention the emergence of new categories demanding the need for the existence of insurance and protection.

This is what the Algerian legislator seeks to achieve through the legal and structural development of the social security system.

La sécurité sociale en générale et l’assurance sociale en particulier varie selon les pays et les sociétés.

Devant les besoins croissants des individus, ce régime a évolué et s’est développé ,afin de leur fournir une protection adéquate.

L’Algérie comme la plupart des pays a adopté un système de sécurité.

Le législateur algérien a émis une série de lois auxquelles il a apporté plusieurs modifications, visant ainsi à réformer, restructurer et améliorer le système.

Nous essayerons à travers ce travail de dresser un état des lieux de la sécurité sociale en Algérie, notre approche reste essentiellement juridique.

Elle porte d’une part sur l’évolution du cadre juridique et institutionnel de la sécurité sociale en Algérie, et d’autre part sur le mode de financement et les prestations de ce régime.
