Work of womanis one of the most controversial issues particularly after the Arabic spring revolutions and after the Islamists being in the head of the political scene.

Thecontroversial views between the earlier and recentreligious jurisprudentsbecame very extreme in such point that many of the recent scholars trends to give her the allowance for leaving home and competing the man in the public work fields while view of majority of precedent scholars is prohibition of that, and through this research we have demonstrated that the origin in such issue is that woman must stay at home in order to prepare the generations whereas her exit is the exception of the rule, provided that, there is a real urgent need either private or public, and in case of considering allowance for her to leave home to work, so what kind of job she is going to practice..? We have actually divided the work into two types : private and public, and there is no controversy between scholars for allowing her to work in private jobs while the prohibition is for part of the public jobs including the great missions and jobs like the public leadership or presidency under which prime ministry falls within the parliamentary governments likewise the judgmentposition due to the fact that it was a part of president tasks and it has been separated later, and the reason of prohibition is because of the obvious holly script that these positions are not allowed for women to occupy and that was the consensus of Islamic doctrines and also due to the absence of real necessity as well as these serious and dangerous positions require from woman to fully devote herself, in the knowledge that the main task of woman is to bring up the generations, and except that, all the other jobs and positionsare allowed including the ministries and generalmanagements and joining the parliamentary council and the task of giving legal opinions (Fatwa)and as policewomen.

however, there are many jobs that the woman must occupy including medication of women and running their schools and all of that should be within limits of the religious ethics and modesty limits.

Thus, through this research, we have selected the moderate view in this issue, so we absolutely have never prohibited or allowed without exceptions.
