The preparation and the formation of human capital are one of the serious tasks that is undertaken by communities and increase their importance in the current era with the challenges that pose by globalization and the revolution of information as that man is the goal and the way of development, as well as the leading role of education in the formation of the knowledge and skills of human capital.

The problem with research in answer to the following question : What are the challenges facing education in the province of Hadramout and the extent of their repercussions on human capital formation .Research goals to clarify the importance of human capital and the role of education in it, as well as a study and analysis of the reality of human capital education in the governorate of Hadramout and to address the problems and propose treatments and solutions to upgrade and improve education at all levels .

It was one of the most findings of her research the low of quality of education, and the weakness of scientific research , and incompatibility of education outcomes with the needs of the labor market, and the weakness of the scientific level of the labor force, and limited of social empowerment of females in education.

Research recommend a lot of recommendations , including improving the quality of education , and encourage scientific research and increasing spending in it, and give universities financial and administrative independence , and the trend towards strategic planning, and increase spending on education, and increase the supply against demand to raise enrollment rates.
