The relational approach between university and business is of particular importance in the fields of education and research.
Since there is a dynamic of mutually beneficial exchange between the two universes.
The relationship in question highlights the role of interaction phenomena in exchanges and looks at the entire relationship between the two partners.
The central objective of our article is to highlight the main levers capable of developing an adequate partnership between the company and the university in Algeria.
The results obtained using a questionnaire survey show the importance of the relationship between the two actors.
الملخص FRE
L’approche relationnelle entre l’université et l’entreprise revêt une importance particulière dans les secteurs de l’enseignement et de la recherche.
Etant donné qu’il y a une dynamique d’échanges mutuellement profitable entre les deux univers.
La relation en question met en exergue le rôle des phénomènes d’interaction dans les échanges et s’intéresse à l’ensemble de la relation entre les deux partenaires.
L’objectif central de notre article est de mettre en relief les principaux leviers capables de développer un partenariat adéquat entre l’entreprise et l’université en Algérie.
Il ressort des résultats obtenus à l’aide d’une enquête par questionnaire l’importance de la relation entre les deux acteurs.
