The fields of pragmatics are one of the broadest fields in the linguistic, philosophical and social studies; it is an open space for several human knowledge, because of its extensive framework that contains the creator (product), the recipient, the context, the circumstances of its formation, and its intention.

This area has also shifted from the theoretical style of language, its components, its creativity and its aesthetics to the formative and functional communicative aspect of its production.

This research sought to study ʾAmal Dunqul's poem (not to reconcile) a practical critical study in accordance with the deliberative approach to literary criticism.

The research focused on the definition of pragmatics in terms of its origin and importance, the definition of the poet ʾAmal Dunqul, the historical and political context in which it was said, and then to find out what was achieved in the poem (not reconciled) of deliberative dimensions and its relationship to each of the three parties of the work: the creator and the context of the text and the recipient.

The structure of the research came in the introduction and three investigations and conclusion of the results and general observations, while the three study investigations were distributed as follows:
