There is no book throughout history that aroused as many arguments as the Jews' Sacred Book did.

In spite of the veneration and holiness bestowed upon this Book, it continued to receive a great deal of misconceptions and accusations.

This took a long journey that lasted for centuries, starting from the death of Moses (PBUH) till the age we live in.

This long history witnessed so many disputes, controversies and issues about the truthfulness of this Book and whether it is really attributed to Moses (PBUH).

However, the only way to resolve these problematic issues is look into the Book itself whose chapters are the truest indicators that prove its distortion and myths, along with the contradiction between legislation and application that resulted from the distortion of its divine text.

This study deals with one of Miqraa's issues that aroused many doubts and misconceptions about all the contents of this divine Book.

That is, the issue of "Incest" stated within some of the stories of this Book, these stories were immoral, and cannot be considered divine, but ones fabricated by humans.

This is because these stories were described by researchers as rejected and prohibited.

The researchers confirm that such stories contradict the human view of divine stories, and cannot be included within any divine texts.

This evidence, in addition to other evidences, shall prove the distortion of this Book (the Miqraa) by its scribes, in spite of all the endeavors that try to prove its purity and figurativeness of its texts.

The scribes of the Book (Miqraa) invented unfamiliar and prohibited stories for attracting the public to what they used to write.

This explains the pervasiveness of these unconventional and illegitimate stories within the context of some incidents narrated in the Book, including cases of adultery, marriage of consanguineous relatives, or the incest.
