This research aimed to enrich the Islamic Library by investigating a book of Islamic heritage.

And to produce this precious manuscript for students of science in the best suit, so that researchers and science students can benefit from it.

As my research in the master's stage was subject, I loved to enter in the field of manuscript realization, until I combine the two Hassanein, and I have acquired the appropriate experience in both fields, and to be a specific incentive for me to conduct the two paths in the future with what is new and useful.

the research reached results, the most important of them: The Holy Qur'an blew the energies of the Arab and Islamic nation, so it created, accomplished, and achieved religious and worldly achievements throughout history and in all sciences, including the invention of the science of hadith terminology and the science of the principles of jurisprudence.

The necessity of linking this science with the developments, especially legislations and regulations decided in the Arab and Islamic countries, and in comparison with laws and regulations.

The necessity of adding and renewing this science in order to keep pace with thought, age and progress within the previous foundations and rules, and it appeared in it very well.

That the matter may exist without the will, for someone who said to his servant: (water me), and he does not want to water him, but wants to show disobedience to his servant when he blames him for hitting the servant; Irrigation, and he does not want him to comply and cause irrigation, but disobedience and non-compliance, until he imagines an apology that he struck him for the slave for the sake of his violation of his loyalty, not because the master was created; if the matter was dependent on the will, he would not exist without it, the research recommended recommendations, the most important of which are: Muslims should spread the rules of the science of jurisprudence in the world to define the correct approach of thinking, research, study and diligence.

Scholars should revive the science of fundamentals of jurisprudence in schools and universities, and hold seminars, symposia and conferences for it to demonstrate and act on his behalf, and to follow in his footsteps, and benefit from him in scientific life in general, and in Sharia sciences in particular, and in jurisprudence in particular.

In the presentation of the principles of jurisprudence, it is necessary to link it to the branches, and to explain the effect of the difference in fundamental principles and rules on jurisprudence, while avoiding practical examples that were previously not present today, and we replace them with real examples from life today in the various aspects of the provisions in transactions, economics, Medicine, Accounting, Law, and International Relations.
