The research dealt with devising the principles of the jurisprudential classification approach of Imam Al-Shafii, and extrapolating the evidence that determines those principles and indicates them from the Al-um book, provided that the scope of the study is limited to the book of funerals and zakat, and the importance of the research is to solve the problem of the ence of methodology, and prove the role of Islamic jurisprudence flags in rooting Framing scientific research methods and laying down its rules.

The research methodology is based on two approaches: deductive and inductive.

The research was organized into an introduction, preface, and six topics, then a conclusion that included the results, which are among the most important: that scientific and juristic research methods are not the result of contemporary classification, but are methods that are embedded in the early works, and this necessitated the recommendation to take care of those works, and follow the curricula Scientific, and investing them in the interest of researchers.
