The strategic location of Algeria attracted many foreign investment companies to invest on it, which led to increase the moving rate of foreign people from and to Algeria.

Also, the spread of Algerian community throughout the world created a very active movement from and to Algeria, for this reason the coronavirus spread rapidly in our country since the end of February ,2020, people were and still leaving in fear and total panic especially in the absence of an efficient vaccine against the coronavirus pandemic.

As all the other countries in the world, Algeria quickly took preventive measures to confront the danger of this pandemic that paralyzed various state institutions activities, come on its top justice facility.

This fact created crisis amid litigants, so it was impossible for them to carry out the requirements of their executive bonds during procedural deadlines fixed by law.

La situation géographique stratégique de l’Algérie a contribuée à attirer de nombreuses sociétés d’ investissement étrangères sur ses terres, ce qui a causé de fréquents mouvements de ressortissants étrangers à destination et en provenance d’Algérie, et l’expansion de la communauté algérienne à travers le monde a connue un mouvement accru depuis et vers l’Algérie, ce qui a été à l’origine d’une propagation rapide du Coronavirus dans notre pays depuis fin février 2020, par conséquent, les citoyens cèdent à la panique.

L’état algérien, comme d’autres pays du monde, s’est empressé de prendre de nombreuses mesures préventives pour faire face aux dangers de cette pandémie qui a paralysée les différentes institutions de l’état, principalement la justice car il est devenu impossible aux justiciables d’exécuter leurs titres exécutoires dans les délais précisées par la loi.
