Recently, we point out a worrying rise in the phenomenon of illegal migration.

This latter seems to be a source of concern for several countries: especially the host countries considering illegal migrants as carriers of various diseases.

In order to counteract this growing phenomenon, some States do not prevent themselves from resorting to a certain number of procedures going as far as to overstep the right to a human dignity or even the human rights ...

In fact, the migrants are not well protected in their host countries because of their illegal situation.

Some of them even accept, without bitterness, to submit to difficult conditions in order to avoid being repatriated to their home countries, which they fled for various reasons, including the absence of living standards.

The illegal immigrants are sometimes confronted to all forms of bad treatments.

They are even abused daily; they are tracked down at the borders by the States trying to prevent them from entering their territories.

Others are subjected to a practice of another age and which we believe to be over, namely considered as slaves and deprived of their rights and freedoms.

Thus, they find themselves between the hammer of their insecure and poor countries engaged in wars and the anvil of the host countries where they are almost never welcome!

On observe, ces derniers temps, une montée inquiétante du phénomène de migration clandestine qui constitue –semble-t-il- une source de préoccupation pour plusieurs pays, notamment les pays d’accueil qui considèrent les migrants clandestins comme porteurs de différentes maladies.

Afin de contrecarrer ce phénomène -qui prend de l’ampleur -, des Etats ne s’empêchent pas de recourir à un certain nombre de procédures allant jusqu’à enfreindre le droit à la dignité humaine ou à bafouer les droits humains...

En effet, les migrants ne bénéficient pas d’une bonne protection dans les pays d’accueil compte tenu de leur situation illégale.

Certains acceptent non sans amertume de se soumettre à des conditions difficiles rien que pour éviter d’être rapatriés vers leurs pays d’origine qu’ils ont fuit pour différentes raisons.

D’autres sont soumis à une pratique d’un autre âge et que nous croyons révolue à savoir l’esclavage et privés de leurs droits et libertés.

Ainsi, ils se retrouvent entre le marteau de leurs pays livrés à des guerres sans merci et où règnent insécurité, pauvreté...et l’enclume des pays d’accueil où ils ne sont presque jamais les bienvenus !
