Mobile learning technology is considered one of the means that has helped in improving the human education and learning in the contemporary informational context, including the possibility of immediate reception of messages that carry educational content, where the organized broadcast of educational content that carries skills, concepts, values and directions to the learner in a timely manner.

Which suits him without much cost, and also allows the learner to store this content and retrieve it several times according to his absorption, and the repeated stitch is considered a decorative stitch usually carried out on knitting and covers the existing stitches with stitches of a different color to create a picture, letter or words and is given the shape of jacquard, but its advantage is that it is It is carried out after the knitting piece is finished, Therefore, the current research aims to measure the effectiveness of mobile learning in providing the cognitive and skillful side of the students in implementing the duplicate stitches (double) for decorating children's clothes from hand knitting, and the importance of the research was summarized in emphasizing the importance of integrating educational technology and technological innovations in the teaching of various disciplines in general and specialization of clothing, textile and knitting.

Especially and the importance of using mobile learning applications in the teaching and learning process in the classroom, as mobile learning increases the opportunities for the teacher to follow up on his students and evaluate their performance, and the study sample consisted of (50) students from the fourth year in the Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Specific Education, Minia University, and the current research followed the curriculum Descriptive and semiexperimental, and the results resulted in the following: 1.

There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of female students in the pre and post application of mobile learning in imparting the skill of repeating stitches for garment decoration of hand knitting in favor of post application.

There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post application of the achievement test in favor of the post application.

There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post application of the skill performance observation card in favor of the post application.

There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post application of the scale of skill performance assessment in favor of the post application 5.
