Heritage is a collective memory of a nation, which contains creative flows that are full of artistic aesthetic sense.

The Arab creators have realized that this heritage has a great influence in enriching the Arab culture, so they resorted to it to draw from their innovations.

What we are concerned with is the Arab theatre in this era.

So, Many of the playwrights did their best to renew it by the authentification through the inspiration of the Arab-Islamic heritage, especially the popular one, which is embodied by the Hakawati and Almaddah and "algawal" and through the "ring""alhalka" and other manifestations of vulva.

And all this interest in the authentification of the Arab theatre that aims to prove the Arab self and its being and identity and that highlights the national sense in the face of the cultural invasion and alienation and the ideas and ideologies that are incompatible with the Arab identity and ancient Islamic culture, and the most prominent theoretical efforts in the authentification of the theatre regarding the ceremonial theatre in the Arab Maghreb – the one we propose, in this paper, as a practical study- and through this question that was called for by the ceremonial followers that that theatre is a spectacle and a celebration that can only be achieved by associating it with the heritage memory and the achievement of its Arab cultural identity.

The following problem arises for us: can the modernizing of the Popular heritage re-create an authentic Arab theatre? And where do the aesthetic and cultural characteristics of the authentification of this theatre lie?
