The three - eight organizational system is known for its negative repercussions on the health and well-being of employees.

Security guards are the most exposed to its risk.

They are expected in their principal mission to ensure not only the safety of people but also that of the premises, equipment and all properties of the company.

In the current study, we plan to conduct a survey within the Ramdy company (located in Bejaia in Algeria), with the aim to highlight the different effects and consequences (physical, mental or / and social) of this system on the well-being of the agents of security.

الملخص FRE

Le système organisationnel trois - huit est connu par ses répercussions négatives sur la santé et le bien-être des salariés.

Les agents de sécurité sont les plus exposés au risque de cette dernière, qui, à la base, ont pour mission de veiller non seulement sur la sécurité des personnes, mais également celle des lieux, des équipements et tous les biens de l'entreprise.

Cependant, nous allons mener une enquête au sein de l'entreprise Ramdy, situé à Bejaia en Algérie, où nous essayerons de mettre en lumière les différentes conséquences (physique, mentale ou/et sociale) de ce système sur le bien-être des agents de sécurité.
