Formation et employabilité en Algérie : le cas des diplômés universitaires

:Our contribution tends to present a critical inventory of the university training and employability couple in Algeria where the missions of the State and the University have been honored since the recovery of independence until the present day.

In a close and dialectical relationship, training and employability have come together between 1962 and 1970 helping full employment.

From 1970 until 1990 the partnership State-University, turns to the triumvirate with the implication of the economic enterprises supported by their tutels which invest in the customized formation reinforcing more employability and security of the employment.

However this situation of sustainability and securing employment will know snags.

A third period will sound the death knell for an economy characterized by a lack of productivity of companies, bankrupt or difficulty resuscitated without a future with subsidies, can no longer maintain a staff in place.

Convoked here, the economic situation is for our contribution a pretext to lead to a new paradigm, the LMD, supposedly solve the problem of employability.

We will devote a digression to show that its application is far from successful for the moment; the welding is always fussy between the world of work and university.
