Firstly: Study problem: Periodic reports Social Group Work occupy the utmost importance in determining the nature of growth that the group and the specialist reached together, as it helps the supervisor to carry out the research required by the proper functioning of the work, as it contains information and facts that can be collected or arranged and classified to know specific points concentrated It has the ingredients to work with groups that include the institution, the group’s worker, the group itself and its workers, and programs that matter to the organization and help it to perform its function and improve its services.

Therefore, the content analysis of the reports is of the utmost importance, whereby the group’s worker can provide a more comprehensive, deep, and clear logical explanation about the stages of group development, and this is what the current study seeks by focusing on the reality of the requirements of building a codified digital guide to Content Analysis of the reports on Social Group work can be used to assess occupational perceptions about the group.

Secondly: The study concepts: A- Periodic Reports.

B- Content Analysis.

Thirdly: Methodological procedures: According to its objectives, this study belongs to the pattern of descriptive and analytical studies, and it was based on both a quantitative and qualitative approach and relied on the method of social survey by sample on a sample of (29) single social workers working in the departments of youth welfare at Aswan University.

Fourthly: Study Results: A- The study stated that it is necessary to focus on the knowledge requirements necessary to employ digitization in Content Analysis of reports on Social Group Work.

D - The study concluded a proposed scientific perception about the techniques of activating a codified digital guide to Content Analysis of reports on Social Group Work.
