The study aims to identify the level of activeness of the development program of conflict resolution skills in building the capacity of workers at religious “Sharia’h” courts.

The researchers used the quasi-experimental method to conduct the study which included the sample of (17) specialists in the family counseling department in the Religious Courts in Gaza Strip.

Several tool were used to complete the study including designing a skills development program of domestic conflict solutions for the workers which consisted of (17) training sessions (180 minutes per session).

The program was for (5) weeks with (3) sessions per week.

Also، the study included the skills’ development scale which was prepared by the researcher to evaluate the impact of the program before and after the implementation.

This was applied after three months to measure the Sequential impact of the program.

The results showed a statistically positive impact of the program on the performance of targeted workers in Gaza Governorates.

Also، it showed that it’s necessary to train the workers and specialists in religious courts on the conflict resolution skills in domestic aspect.

It found that the workers are in need to develop their capacity and provide them with the needed tools to perform more effectively and professionally.
