This study aims to know the role to which the application of Integrated Reporting on attract the foreign financial direct investment in the financial market and to achieve the objectives of the study، the researcher used the descriptive analytical method، and used a questionnaire as a study tool، was distributed of 95 a questionnaire to high workers in the financial and administration filed in the industrial sector of Palestine market، 75 of them were returned as valid.

The researcher found that there is a statistically significant role of Integrated Reporting attract the foreign financial direct investment in the financial market.

In the light of the results of the study suggested that some of the Recommendations of the study، which highlighted the financial market to try to develop specific laws to protect foreign investors and maintain the rights of the financial market and provide more facilities to attract foreign financial direct investors to Palestine، and the Palestine market is trying to design disclosure to the content of Integrated Reporting approach.
