current study aimed to identify programs resource rooms at the Directorate of education of northern Gaza in integrating people with learning difficulty in school and the obstacles and difficulties facing the merger through case study and interview questionnaire and statement of the Palestinian experience in developing resource rooms and programmers in Dealing with people with a learning difficulty and determine the level of job satisfaction among teachers of special education has been used in descriptive analytical study topic and use the questionnaire and interview as measurement tools and sample consisted of all members of society and that represent (6) special education teachers working in A room in the Directorate of education of northern Gaza and the researcher of the statistical analysis of the study questions and verify hypotheses according to the system (SPSS) the study found the following -The level of job satisfaction among special education teachers highly 82.5 relative weight -Level of the reality of the sources of relative weight room 74.3 moderately.

-No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in real resource rooms for students with learning difficulties from the point of view of their teachers due to variables (sex، qualifications، and experience) -No statistically significant correlation between the reality of resource rooms and job satisfaction have special education teachers in the Department of education.

-No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) at the level of job satisfaction among a sample study due to variables (sex، qualifications، experience.) In the light of the results of the researcher researcher propose a set of recommendations that would improve reality room sources and enhance the level of job satisfaction among teachers of Special Education Department of education of northern Gaza.
