The research problem in application is to know the extent of the Ministry of Education's ability to diagnose the level and reality of its transformational leadership and strategic renewal.

The researcher has adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, as well as designing a questionnaire for the purpose of collecting information.

The practical aspect of the research sample of (83) employees within the Ministry of Education.

The arithmetic mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation were used as statistical tools for the practical side.

The statistical program (SPSS V.23) was used to analyze the results, and the research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that The directors of higher departments in the organized Ministry of Education were able to employ the positive and good changes brought about by the environment in an acceptable manner for the purpose of bringing about those changes through the work of its directorates and divisions, which contributes to the renewal of its future strategy.
