The aim of the research is to know the effect between the dimensions of the crisis management strategy and organizational performance by determining its dimensions in the research sample companies, the study concluded that there is a direct impact relationship between crisis management strategies on organizational performance in all study samples and the ratios were very high for all samples and this indicates The strategies of crisis management directly affect the organizational performance of the researched companies.

The study recommended the need for the management of the researched companies to raise their degree of expertise in the use of modern crisis management strategies with the knowledge gained from training programs in order to form an Coordination of work with efficiency and effectiveness in the face of crises that can be repeated from time to time.
