The research focused on how to diagnose the reality of financial crises in educational organizations, and the research aims to identify the most important, most consistent and influencing factors for crisis management in the organizations in question, the research is based on the hypothesis that: The organizations in question have an appropriate level in diagnosing crisis management for the educational period, The results of the analysis revealed that the answers of the individuals to the sample of the research about the paragraphs of the questionnaire, the agreement, and with a different and acceptable percentage.

The research may recommend that it is necessary for the management of those organizations under consideration to enhance awareness of the concepts of diminishing the crises adopted by the research for both employees for the purpose of achieving the goal and achieving the benefit of adopting this concept.
