The current research aims to identify ergonomic factors that affect performance properties of a single-use medical mask, evaluate its use, determine its suitability for some groups of elderly, medical workers, identifying effects, problems resulting from its prolonged use, factors that affect size of these problems, and access to Ergonomic rules for designing a medical Mask meet required performance, in order to accommodate varying differences in proportions and dimensions of face.

To achieve its objectives, research tools represented in questionnaires about ergonomic design of the single-use medical mask, satisfaction of its users, were applied to research sample (consumer “the elderly, medical workers”,, arbitrators in the field of design, clothing and textile), this research followed descriptive, analytical approach, data were analyzed, statistical treatments were carried out,, research reached a statistically significant positive correlation between the ergonomics of single-use medical mask design with its different axes in light of the opinions of arbitrators, and the low level of satisfaction for medical Mask users (consumer).

To ergonomic rules for performance of medical Mask, a proposed presentation for designing, producing multiple sizes of a single-use the medical mask with ergonomic standards, specifications that fit characteristics of different groups and body contrasts to achieve comfort, use and safety.

Research presented a recommendations and proposals for future research through which it can develop lines for the production of highperformance medical masks, which have a positive impact on ensuring compliance with precautionary measures, wearing a medical mask to reduce the number of infections and contribute to achieving the highest levels of safety from the emerging corona virus (Covid 19)
