الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aims to identify the conditional description of financial compensations by highlighting the effects of the validity of transactions, their invalidity, the holding of contracts, their revocation or termination, and the position of the jurists.

The researcher expects to conclude that this study will highlight the importance of this option in financial transactions, especially in the contracts of compensations, especially that commercial financial transactions have expanded their scope to include electronic commerce between countries and the purchase and sale are contracts based on conditional descriptions, acceptance and payment of the price is achieved by these conditional descriptions in the contracts.

The study came in four chapters: Chapter I: Definition of relevant terms.

Chapter Two: Elapsing the conditional description in the compensation contracts.

Chapter III: Requirement of conditional description in financial compensation contracts and legitimacy.

Chapter IV: Ensure that the conditional description in the transaction contracts is elapsed.
