Zaki Abu Ziada Assistant Professor Assistant Professor Al-Istiqlal University Al-Istiqlal University Palestine Palestine The study aimed to know the level of practicing the behavior of the ethical leadership by the administrative leaderships and its relationship with the psychological capital from the point of view of workers in the Palestinian directorates of education which are the place of the study.

The sample of the study consisted of (152) male and female employees who represent (43.

9%) of the population of the study.

The two researchers prepared an instrument for the study.

Its reliability and validity were verified.

To answer the questions of the study, the descriptive analytical methodology was used.

The study reached several results, the most important of which are that practicing the behavior of the ethical leadership by the administrative leaderships from the point of view of the workers in the Palestinian directorates of education came in general with a high degree.

Also, the attitudes of the respondents towards the level of the psychological capital came in general with the degree of “I agree.

” It was also indicated that there is a positive statistically significant relationship between the ethical leadership and the level of the psychological capital.

This means that the domains of the ethical leadership upon practicing them contribute in developing the psychological capital.

In the light of the results which the study reached, a number of recommendations were offered the most important of which are that it is necessary that the Ministry of Education take the initiative in holding programs for the sake of developing the ethical leadership pattern among the administrative leadership in the directorates of education.

This is in order to reinforce the level of practising ethical leadership due to its positive effect on the mentality of the workers, and also there should be an interest in the psychological capital with a bigger form.
