La satisfaction au travail est un sujet d'intérêt pour de nombreux chercheurs dans les domaines de la psychologie, de la gestion et du comportement organisationnel, car elle traite des sentiments des personnes qui travaillent avec des influences internes au travail ou des influences externes dans l'environnement physique environnant.

la présente étude visait à déterminer s'il existait des différences individuelles significatives sur le plan du degré de satisfaction professionnelle des employés de l'établissement de services d'Algérie télécommunications MOBILIS à Alger et à connaître le pourcentage de l'impact du système de travail mis en place par l'entreprise sur ses employés.
