Some believe that the writing on human rights is easy, but the truth is that it is not easy.

Rather, it requires, especially in Islam, the knowledge that combines the narration and the knowledge, which its provisions have been derived from fundamentalist rules supported by: the divine revelation of the Holy book and Sunnah, all Salaf scholars agreed upon them, and the rest of the rules derived from jurists' insights.

Therefore, it requires an extraordinary effort to write in this field.

However, I intend to write on human rights in accordance with the Islamic perception, and I divided it into three axes: I wrote in the first axis about the essential of these rights, which is the man, and how Islamic law (the sharia) did take care of the man first.

In the second axis, I elucidated that the basis of human rights in Islam has been emerged from the unity of the source and pantheism.

Then, I explained, in the third axis, the extent of the reflection of this perception on the reality of human rights.

This study was mostly in comparison with what is in the West and international conventions on human rights.

Thus, I have reached a number of conclusions, followed by a number of recommendations that they may contribute in correcting the perception of human rights in Islam.
