The ence of alignment between the quality of the outputs of vocational and technical education and skills and the skills requirements of the labor market, and the lack of interest and awareness among graduates of self-employment through the establishment of micro enterprises due to the ence of guidance and counseling, the weakening of their skill levels, and the lack of necessary funding, all of which requires a review and development of the system of vocational education and training And technology and work to activate the role of the private sector in terms of effective active partnership in the governance of the system of technical and vocational education and training or in the management of the vocational training system.

Today, we face a great challenge to align itself in the face of the current and imminent urgent economic changes represented in the fall of customs and border barriers and the ease of labor mobility.

The recent global developments and developments on the economic scene and the serious turmoil and severe recession that has hit the global markets have led to a collapse in global exchanges, a necessity Changing the economic outlook and extreme attention to local economic conditions and self-reliance to the maximum degree out of the cycle of loss between the rest of the major countries.

It has been proven from the practical reality that relying only on education is not sufficient for graduates to fulfill the requirements of jobs and professions needed by the labor market, which required going to training as the means that meets the skills required to practice professions and jobs, especially if it is planned and designed its programs through careful linking with the reality of the market the work.
