الملخص الإنجليزي

Research objective: - Knowing the administrative creativity of the director of the student activities department from the viewpoint of the employees of the people of student activities in the colleges of the University of Mosul.

The descriptive method was used in the survey method.

The research sample consisted of (24) trainers distributed among (24) faculties of the University of Mosul.

To achieve the research objectives, the administrative creativity scale prepared by (Al Shaer, 2016) was used and its validity and reliability were verified, and in statistically processing the data, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the Alpha Cronbach coefficient, the Spearman-Brown formula, were verified.

The researchers concluded that: 1.

The results showed that the director of the student activities department practiced administrative creativity from the point of view of trainers of the people of student activities to a large degree.2.

The director of the Student Activities Department has a high level in solving problems facing their work.

The researchers recommended: 1.

Create the material and moral conditions to help cultivate administrative creativity in the Department of Student Activities.2.

Solve problems and implement creative ideas within a specific time frame.

The researchers suggested: 1.

Carrying out other studies similar to this study in the field of the relationship of administrative creativity with leadership skills in the colleges of physical education and sports science of Iraq.2.

Conducting a similar study to measure the administrative creativity of the directors of Nineveh Governorate forums.
