الملخص الإنجليزي

The research aims to identify the relationship between the electronic management of the sections managers and their technological enlightenment, and its sample consisted of (56) distributed on the College of Education for Humanities, the College of Education for Pure Sciences, the College of Education for Girls, the College of Basic Education and the College of Physical Education by (10, 11, 12, 12, 11) respectively.

To achieve the aims of research, two tools were built, the first to measure the level of electronic management and its final form consisted of (42) paragraph with five alternatives (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never).

The second is to measure the level of technological enlightenment, which consisted in its final form of (25) paragraphs, and with the same previous alternative.

After applying the tools and collecting data and statistically analyzing them, the results showed a mediocre level of electronic management among the sample, and there was significant differences in the average of electronic management according to the variable of the (gender) favor of the male, and that sample have medium level of technological enlightenment, and there was significant differences according to the variable of the gender its favor of male and academic qualification its favor of the doctoral degree, and finally it was reached on the existence of a significant relationship between the electronic management and of technological enlightenment for sections managers.

In light of these results, the researchers came out with a number of conclusions and recommendations.
