الملخص AR
يعد الفقر من أكبر التحديات التي تواجه البشرية اليوم و القضاء عليه أو الحد منه ضرورة حتمية للمجتمعات و على كل المستويات اقتصادية و سياسية ثقافية.

الخ وأول من يجسد هذه الظاهرة في المجتمع هي الأسرة فمن خلالها( أي الأسرة ) و من خلال مستواها المعيشي أولا و من خلال مستويات أخرى في المجتمع تتجسد هذه الظاهر فنقول انطلاقا من الأسرة أن هذا المجتمع غني أو فقير.
و ازدياد معدلات الفقر نتيجة لعدم فهم هذه الظاهرة و أسبابها و أسباب نشوئها وكيفية حل خيوطها وماهية طرق حساب معدلاتها و إبرازها للعلن كمعطيات رقمية تعبر عن هذه المجتمعات و من ثم مواجهتها و كذلك لعدم جدوى البرامج و السياسات الاقتصادية الكلية في الحد من الفقر و القصور في اختيار بدائل تنموية تحد من هذه ظاهرة.
فالفقر و استمراره في الأسر وفي أي مجتمع من المجتمعات يعود إلى المجتمع في حد ذاته و إلى عوامل اقتصادية و سياسية و اجتماعية و ثقافية لذا يجب على أهل الاختصاص التدخل لحل مشكلات هذه الظاهرة وفق مفاهيم و طرق قياس عالمية متفق عليها و إيجاد الحلول لهذه الظاهرة أو التخفيف من حدته مستقبلا
الملخص EN
Poverty is one of the greatest challenges facing humanity today, and its elimination or reduction is an imperative for societies at all levels, economic, political, cultural, and so on.
The first person to embody this phenomenon in society is the family through which (that is, the family) First, and through the other strata of society, this manifests itself, on the part of the family, that this society is rich or poor.
And the increase in poverty rates due to lack of understanding of this phenomenon and its causes, and the reasons for their emergence, how to solve problems, and how to calculate their rates, and highlight them to the public in the form of data to express these communities and then address them, as well as the futility of macroeconomic programs and policies to reduce poverty, Development alternatives limit this phenomenon.
Since poverty and its persistence in families and in all societies are attributable to society itself and to economic, political, social and cultural factors, specialists must intervene to solve the problems of this phenomenon according to concepts and methods of measurement overall.
الملخص FRE
La pauvreté est l'un des plus grands défis auxquels l'humanité est confrontée aujourd'hui, et son élimination ou sa réduction est une nécessité impérative pour les sociétés à tous les niveaux, économique, politique, culturel, etc.
La première personne à incarner ce phénomène dans la société est la famille à travers laquelle (c'est-à-dire la famille) Premièrement, et à travers les autres couches de la société, cela se manifeste, de la part de la famille, que cette société est riche ou pauvre.
Et l'augmentation des taux de pauvreté due au manque de compréhension de ce phénomène et de ses causes, et des raisons de leur émergence, comment résoudre les problèmes, et comment calculer leurs taux, et les mettre en évidence au public sous forme de données numériques pour exprimer ces communautés et ensuite les aborder, ainsi que l'inutilité des programmes et politiques macroéconomiques pour réduire la pauvreté, Les alternatives de développement limitent ce phénomène.
La pauvreté et sa persistance dans les familles et dans toutes les sociétés étant imputables à la société elle-même et aux facteurs économiques, politiques, sociaux et culturels, les spécialistes doivent intervenir pour résoudre les problèmes de ce phénomène selon des concepts et méthodes de mesure globaux
