Big data has revolutionized decision-making in many fields, including education, and the incorporation of information and communication technologies into education may allow us to collect information about the teaching and learning process.

Since big data can help us improve it, it is of the utmost importance to incorporate it into the initial and ongoing learning stages.

The current research aimed to demonstrate the effect of the relationship between the use of big data and the design of an adaptive learning environment on achievement and the attitudes of students of higher institutes in a course presented in operating systems, and the research relied on two tools: a cognitive achievement test in a course presented in the operating systems of institutes students The study also relied on the descriptive approach at the stage of study, analysis and design, and the quasi-experimental approach when measuring the effect of the independent variables on its dependent variables, and the research sample consisted of two groups (experimental and control) and by testing research hypotheses, the results of the research were As follows: There is a statistically significant difference at a level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group in the post-measurement of the cognitive achievement test in favor of the experimental group, as well as in the trend scale, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students.

In the pre and post applications of the achievement test and the trend scale in favor of the post application, and by interpreting the results, the research confirmed that there is a relationship between the use of big data in Preparing educational environments that adapt to the styles of learners.
