The world is witnessing a great development in all fields, including technical education, as a result of the scientific and technological development that is characteristic of our contemporary world.

Education is the means of society to educate its children according to the direction that society desires.

Thus, the researcher worked on the study of the use of computer power to develop the technical skills of the students of art education in color.

The research consists of the first chapter, which included the problem of research by asking the following question: Is it possible to employ the computer power point to develop technical skills For students of art education in color? The first chapter includes the importance, objectives, boundaries and definition of terms.

The second chapter includes four topics.

The first is the role of the educational technology in the educational process, the second is the computer source from the sources of learning, the third is the skill and the fourth is the colors, while the third chapter includes the research methodology and procedures.
