Financial leasing - of great importance in economic life - is governed by a set of controls that make it not outside the provisions of Sharia, but the practical reality has \proven the existence of wrong applications for this transaction that contradicts these controls and the transaction goes out of its rightful legal framework, and the first of these applications: the financial lease of the purchased thing Before its seizure, and secondly: the finance lease for what the lessor does not possess at the time of the conclusion of the contract, and the third: financing lease for what is not in the lessor's guarantee.

The research plan dealt with studying these applications and their implications, in addition to studying the origins of the financial lease, its concept and controls.
