الملخص الإنجليزي
In light of the scientific and technological progress the world is witnessing today, and in the era of the knowledge economy, human capital and investment in it is one of the most important elements in the production process, which must be prepared through a group of institutions, the most important of which is technical education schools, and linking them to the needs of the labor market.
Technical education has a fundamental and effective role to play in meeting the needs of the community of manpower qualified to deal with modern technologies, able to face the rapid changes and their implications on the nature of the labor market needs of changing professions and skills, which called many developed countries to seek to develop this sector from Education and investing in it through the integration of technical education programs and the provision of higher education opportunities for its students, linking them to the needs of the labor market, and ensuring its response to the scientific and cultural changes, social transformations, and emerging economic conditions.
Investing in the development of the technical education system would encourage outstanding students to join this type of education, and raise the level of its graduates to meet the needs of the labor market for skilled workers that help in the development of the economy and competition at the regional and international level.
It also limits the entry of large numbers of educational outputs into the labor market, which are unqualified and do not possess the skills and professional experience necessary for the labor market, which leads to a relative decline in competitiveness in the global economy.
In this context and to achieve the goals of technical education in light of Egypt's 2030 plan, the Minister of Education, Dr.
Tarek Shawky, announced that the state is working to transform the course of the technical education system into a modern system that relies on technology in teaching and evaluation, to transform it into an advanced technological system capable of competition on The global level, as the goal of the Ministry's plan to develop technical education is to graduate trained technical workers in accordance with international quality standards to provide for the needs of major national projects and industrial and agricultural investments in Egypt and abroad (1).
In light of the foregoing, the qualified manpower scientifically and technically qualified, represented by the skilled workforce, has an impact on creating a major attraction for local or foreign investments, which leads to the establishment of projects and job opportunities to eliminate unemployment and increase the per capita income.
Visualize the great burden placed on technical education in particular; To qualify this technical manpower with its integrated cadres.
Hence, this research paper came to present a vision on developing technical education programs to meet the needs of industrial development plans and the requirements of the labor market through a future outlook for developing technical education programs in light of Egypt's 2030 vision, and it deals with three axes: 1.
Objectives of technical education in light of Egypt's 2030 vision.2.
The challenges facing technical education and impeding the achievement of its objectives.3.
A proposal to develop technical education programs in light of Egypt's vision 2030.
To adopt a mixed or hybrid learning strategy in all the university's faculties.
