Egypt is witnessing rapid quantitative and qualitative development in the field of higher education, as the number of higher education institutions has increased, the programs and specializations offered in them have diversified, their technologies and educational patterns have developed, and private, civil and technological universities have emerged, due to the awareness of those in charge of the educational process in Egypt, the relationship between higher education and competitiveness Consequently, the ability to achieve success for development programs.

Universities are major institutions that work to create knowledge and develop new skills and contribute directly to economic growth and increase productivity.

There has become a necessity to pay attention to knowledge development and spending on it, and to transform the field of knowledge into a hub for competition between countries and societies that are competing in what Among them, the acquisition of sources of power and civilized superiority.

In the context of the trend towards globalization and its potential impacts on higher education, especially with regard to establishing concepts of competitiveness in open markets, and the standards and determinants that this phenomenon will impose to enhance the competitive capabilities of higher education institutions, not only at the national level, but at the global level, a fundamental change in the work environment and its organization is required.

In the content of curricula, teaching methods and training planning in higher education institutions to ensure high and distinctive quality of educational programs, enabling it to compete with the great invasion of universities and various institutions.
