The paper's problem is summed up in looking at the possibility of approaching perceptions with scientific mechanisms that are far from pure intuitions and meditations, and that is what secular linguistics depends on achieving.

A study of this problem comes in the light of the assumption that: If the linguistic metaphors reveal the metaphorical nature of the imaginations and the consequent guidance of ideas and experiences, then a study of the concept of saying from this side will lead us to a deeper understanding and a specificity of the place that the word has and its role in directing Arab societies in The period to which the blog belongs.

The study sought to test this hypothesis in order to achieve a number of goals, the most prominent of which are: standing on metaphorical concepts that govern the understanding of the anecdotal process, and questioning the role of metaphoric perceptions in our understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

Among the most prominent results of the study is that the conception of the saying is based on a triangle (manifestation, concealment, strength), and through it the explanation of the association of the saying with authority, starting from the relationship between the imamate and rhetoric, and the eloquent speaker speaking in the issuance of councils, up to the role of the saying in directing the attitudes and destinies of Arab culture.
