This research attempts to test the possibility of developing the quality of the industrial performance of the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries by adapting the philosophy and concept of lean production and its many practices including the withdrawal system, quality management, organize of the work place, continuous improvement, the internal arrangement, Visual Work place.

This research reached a number of conclusions, the most important which is to spread the culture and principles of the lean system in all units of the company and to show the benefits of this system to improve the performance of the company.

As well as a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to rearrange the internal arrangement of the company to ensure convergence of units of the company and ease of movement in both employees and customers.
