This research tackles the Egyptian-Turkish Cooperation in Commerce and Electricity 1994— 1997 ,the Commercial relations between Egypt and Turkey and the attempt of both countries to develop them.

Officials of both countries had ambition to make the Commercial balance between them reaches a billion dollar annually .

The research also deals with the Cooperation between both countries in Electricity Egypt and Turkey are both Electricity producing countries and export it through a network links their geographical neighbors with the world.

The research falls in two sections the first is Egyptian-Turkish Cooperation in Commerce through a number of visits and treaties that strengthen this trend as well as the Egyptian attitude against D8 and its role in that group.

The second section sheds light on Egyptian Turkish Cooperation in electricity that gather Egypt– Turkey and countries of the region to create an electrical network between these countries and henceforth to export electricity to the rest of the world.
