This study aims to find out the role that a professor of physical education and sports plays in discovering and directing young talents to athletics clubs in the middle stage and what are the educational determinants for discovering young talents and directing them to athletics clubs, and are there statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 = &) In the degree of practice of physical education and sports professors of the process of discovery and guidance on talented (promising) students from educational institutions to athletics clubs attributed to the scientific indicators on which the discovery and guidance process is based and the principles and foundations of sports discovery and guidance, where the study was conducted Intermediate school students must have some averages of Algiers, while the sample consisted of 10 teachers and 200 students.

The researcher used the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire was used for the sample of teachers and students.

The most important results are physical education and mathematical teachers who do not direct the gifted pupils in a complementary manner.
