This study This study aimed to know the relationship of time management during the physical and mathematical education session and its relationship to job satisfaction among the teachers of physical and mathematical education at the secondary level, in addition to trying to study a personal professor through the disclosure of time management that he accredited to raise the level of job satisfaction with the teachers of physical and sports education and we have used in this study, the descriptive approach to its relevance to the nature of the study, and a sample constituted of (59) professors distributed Among some secondary schools of the State of Laghouat, where a sample of the communication skills measure for administrators and a job satisfaction form with professors were included on the research sample.
