Une politique fiscale bien établie permet de contrôler le comportement des agents économiques et par suite atteindre les objectifs souhaités en termes de développement économique.

Parmi les mesures fiscales les plus adoptées ces dernières années, « les dépenses fiscales ».

Ces avantages fiscaux constituent un outil important à la promotion de l'investissement des secteurs et des zones géographiques qui sont moins attractifs et dont la rentabilité est peu considérable.

Avec la privatisation des entreprises, l'intérêt de l'Etat s'est donc dirigé vers la promotion de l'investissement en leur accordant un volet important d'incitations par les différentes dispositions fiscales ainsi que la mise en place d'un nombre de dispositifs dont le rôle est de promouvoir l'investissement et d'accompagner l'investisseur.

L'article essaye d'identifier et de recenser les dépenses fiscales et d'en évaluer ou estimer leur coût, qu'est l'objet de notre étude.
