The objective of the research was to prepare the recognition of the nature of motor compatibility, motor velocity and the accuracy of the crushing beating against the ball, as well as to identify the nature of the relationship between the ability of motor compatibility and motor speed and the accuracy of beating crushing ball.

The descriptive method was used in the survey method and interconnections, The second in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences University of Babylon for the academic year (2016-2017), the number of (32) students, The researchers used the questionnaire, tests and measurement as measurement tools.

The main results of the study showed that the members of the research sample enjoyed good amounts of motor compatibility and motor speed and also the accuracy of the performance of the volleyball.

There was also a significant correlation between motor compatibility, motor velocity, Volleyball is one of the most important recommendations.
