Cradle stage clothing is one of the clothes that must meet the requirements and needs of children at this important stage in proportion to the nature of their bodies.Often those in charge of caring for infants find it difficult to obtain clothes that achieve quality performance and meet the requirements of the rapid growth of the child at that stage due its low quality design or its implementation to suit the needs of the child, especially jeans as it is an essential piece in their clothes due to its comfort and durability characteristics and its attractive designs that attract children of all ages and the current research aims to build a proposed model for jeans for children in the cradle stage (6 months: two years) to suit the requirements of this physical and psychological stage and the research followed the approach with descriptive application through an analytical study of a set of ready-made jeans samples for infants which present in the market, which were obtained from some factories in the local market that match international quality standards and their number (5 factories) in Cairo governorate, (20 samples) were analyzed for four different sizes (6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months), in which some problems were found, the most important of which is the lack of various measurements for different bodies for that age group that meet the functional needs for the child's comfort.

As children at this stage wear a diaper, which requires the presence of a space of comfort and breadth in the stone and middle area and their measurements were raised and analyzed to build a model for jeans that avoids these defects and achieves the required adjustment and comfort.

And a table of measurements has been drawn up for the basic sizes necessary to build a model of jeans for infants, as well as the best method for its production by designing the appropriate production line for it.

The research sample consisted of a random sample of a group of (40) infants and their mothers, and the research tools consisted in preparing a questionnaire form to evaluate the model proposed by consumers (mothers of infants), which was built according to their opinions about the problems they are facing when children wear for jeans pants at that stage, and another form for evaluation by faculty members and specialists in the manufacture of jeans for children, and the results of the research came to fulfill the hypothesis in terms of reaching a model of jeans for children in the cradle stage (6 months: 24 months) with a high degree of control and comfort, according to the opinions of specialists and consumers.
