This study aimed at recognizing the extent of practicing Interactive oral skills by the intermediate Arabic teachers in Iraq during the teaching process and it's relation to their students acquisition of syntactic terms, (30) male and female teachers from the study population were chosen randomly, also (10) students were chosen to apply the test of syntactic terms, in order to achieve the study purpose, the researcher prepared a note card consisted of (31) items, to note the extent of teacher practicing an the real, also, an achievement test was prepared to measure the extent of student acquiring of syntactic terms, and the validity and reliability of the study both instruments were ensured .

The study reached into the following findings: The practicing of interactive oral skills by Arabic language teachers was in middle degree with means of (3.08) and standard deviation (0.63), and the findings also showed that there is positive correlation relation between Arabic language practicing for interactive oral skills and acquisition of syntactic terms among their students.

The study reached into a set of recommendations, such as the importance adding courses related to training university students on using interactive oral skills and revealing its importance in students' acquisition for syntactic terms.
