The importance of the research was embodied in the fact that the strategies ofcontinuous improvement are of strategic importance in raising the work and respondingto the reality of the Central Bank of Iraq, which is always seeking improvement, whichprompted the researchers to choose strategies for continuous improvement to support theCentral Bank of Iraq, as the research started from a problem which is the bank's desirefor improvement and the difficulty of gradually climbing towards excellence with a viewto Measuring strategies for continuous improvement in the central bank, and this is doneby building checklists for each strategy of continuous improvement.

The research reacheda set of conclusions, most notably the need for the Central Bank of Iraq to holding trainingcourses on real-time production which would push the bank to adjust their operations andoperational decision-making processes in a timely manner.
