الملخص الإنجليزي

The aims of the research is to identify the extension needs of agricultural staff in the use of extension aids in general and to identify the most important extension aids used by the agricultural staff in the Directorate of Nineveh agriculture and determine the correlation between the degree of extension needs of agricultural personnel and some independent factors.

The research included all the agricultural staff in the Directorate of Agriculture Nineveh and some of the people affiliated with the (208) and collected data by questionnaire from after extracting the apparent validity and the reliability (0.91) persistence coefficient.

To analyze the data, use duplicates, percentages, arithmetic mean, Spearman grade correlation coefficient and Pearson correlation coefficient The results showed that the extensional needs of agricultural staff are moderate and that there is a significant correlation between the extension needs of agricultural employees and the variable number of years of work in agricultural extension, while there is no significant correlation between Extension needs of agricultural employees and the variable age and education a chievement and participation in the extensional work.

The research included some conclusions and recommendations
