الملخص الإنجليزي

The research was conducted to study the effect diameter of the machine holes and the heat of mash water in the pellet percentage of Abrasion, pellet expansion ratio, pellet temperature, Specific productivity, were studied in this experiment.

The factors were manufacturing holes diameter with two levels 2.5 and 4.5 mm and mash water temperature with three levels 17, 34 and 51Cₒ .

These treatments were analyzed by the complete randomized design (CRD) with three replicates.

The results showed that the increase in holes diameter from 2.5 to 4.5 mm which caused a significant increase in Abrasion pellet.

And a sub-zero shrinkage in the pellet expansion ratio and increase in Specific productivity.

While the temperature of the pellet decreased significantly.

When heat of feed water increased from 17 to 34 and to 51cₒ Abrasion pellet significant decrease, and pellet expansion decreased significantly (swelling) while pellet temperature and pellet Specific productivity were increase significantly
