The aim of the study to identify the degree of strategic intelligence among school leaders in Tabuk city, to determine the degree of practicing decision-making skills among school leaders, and to reveal the significance of statistical differences in the grades of strategic intelligence and decision-making skills that are attributed to the years of experience, the educational stage and training courses, Strategic intelligence in the decision-making process from the point of view of school leaders.

The study population consisted of (141) leaders, and the study sample consisted of (61) leaders who were chosen in a simple random way.

The study followed the descriptive approach.

A questionnaire was used consisting of (19) items measures strategic intelligence and (26) items measures the skills of decision-making processes.

The results showed that the degree of strategic intelligence among school leaders (3.65) was high, and all areas of the study were high (partnership, motivation, organizational thinking, ), except vision Domain medium degree, and there were statistically significant differences at the level of ( α 0.05) Among the average responses of school leaders on their assessment of the degree of strategic intelligence due to different years of experience in favor of (10) years and more, while no differences were found due to the educational stage and training courses.

It was also found that the assessment of the availability of decision-making skills (3, 81), All of which were of the same magnitude (Participation in decision-making, planning, preparation, drafting and advertising).

A statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average decision making process due to the difference of experience for the benefit of those with 10 years' experience and above, For the leaders of primary and middle versus secondary schools, while there were no differences due to the training courses.

There was also an impact of the variable (strategic intelligence) on the decision-making process.

Strategic intelligence can be predicted through the skills of planning and decision-making processes and participation in decision-making.
