The objective of the research to reach theoretical and field results to activate the role of the secondary school manager in activating the organizational climate.

The researcher used the descriptive approach in setting the theoretical framework and the field framework.

The research tool was designed to include four axes and in each axis a number of phrases.

The search tool was applied to a sample of the general secondary school principals in Dakahlia Governorate (151).

The research has found the following results: that besides the leadership role of the school manager in shaping the culture of the school, it has many executive functions without it can not achieve the regulatory environment in the school and well-disciplined schools are characterized by the presence of a visible manager of the school for students and teachers in the school, , And where problems can occur.

The manager speaks spontaneously with teachers and students, interacts with them and cares about the activities they practice, also the manager who listens to the students, feels them and knows their names, and helps them when they face any problem.

The study recommended conducting scientific research studies on the organizational climate in the types of schools and educational stages to create a comprehensive picture of the mechanisms, processes and methods of providing a good organizational climate for each school.

A scientific conference was held in which members of the teaching staff in various educational faculties and representatives of the central educational administration and decentralization participated.

Teachers and students are also involved to discuss obstacles to achieving a good organizational climate, and finally to develop regulations governing school education standards binding on teachers and students.
